We would like to point out that currently construction work is taking place on the neighboring property.
Should there be any noise disturbance, we would of course accommodate you financially and give you a 10% discount on the total amount.
Good thing is, the construction site is on the north side, so on the side of the house facing AWAY from the pool. There is no work going on at night or on Sundays and there won`t be ‘audible’ work EVERY day. It´s hard to predict if any noise distrubance will actually occur depending on the phase of the construction process.
In addition countless wonderful beaches wait for your visit during the day, should there be a "loud" day next door.
